Enterprise S was established in October 2018. It is a company invested and established by Group S. With the goal of making breakthroughs in key technologies such as automation, unmanned operation, and intelligence and applying them to engineering machinery equipment, it leads the new direction of technological development in the industry.
 
At the present stage, Enterprise S mainly develops systems related to complete sets of mining equipment and cloud platforms, and provides customers with overall smart - mine solutions. Specific contents include the planning and development of unmanned mining trucks and vehicle control systems, the design and integration of intelligent control systems for mining machinery, and the testing of intelligent data analysis and operation platforms for smart mines.
 
As of 2022, the 30 mining trucks already put into use by Enterprise S have cumulatively achieved more than 100,000 kilometers of commercial - operation mileage in unmanned driving, and the cumulative earthwork volume has exceeded 800,000 cubic meters. It has not only achieved a milestone - like new progress for itself but also led the mining industry to bid farewell to the traditional "manual mining" mode.
